Notes  Magdalena B. Brubacher, "youngest daughter of John S. and Elizabeth (Burkhart) Brubacher, was born April 12th, 1850. She was first married to Michael M., son of John W. and Catharine (Martin) Brubacher. They resided on the farm now possessed by Rev. Daniel M. Brubacher until his death which took place June 18th, 1870. Their family consisted of one daughter named Elizabeth, who was born September 30th, 1869, and is married to Cyrus Eby of Conestogo. After her husband's death she was married to Samuel, son of David and Leah (Mosser) Horst. He was born in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, October 30th, 1841. The second marriage took place October 27th, 1872. They reside about a mile west of the Conestogo Mennonite Meeting House. Their family consists of seven children, viz: (The first four were born in Elgin Co., Ont., and the younger ones in Waterloo Co."
