Notes  Abraham Sherk, "was born July 7th, 1817. He was married October 30th, 1845, to Lucy Buckler who was born February 9th, 1828. Soon after their marriage they moved on a farm near Blair where they resided until lately when they moved to Berlin where they now reside. To them was born a family of thirteen children, viz:"
