Notes  Daniel Geiger, "resides near Wilmot Centre, Waterloo County, where he is engaged in farming. He was born in Wilmot Township, September 5th, 1830, and on April 10th, 1855, he was married to Catharine Steiner who was born December 18th, 1834, and died January 21st, 1869. After her decease he was married to Magdalena Block, June 29th, 1869. She was born September 16th, 1839. His family consists of eleven children, viz:"
