Notes  Jacob Schiedel, "was born April 10th, 1834. On March 17th, 1857, he was married to Magdalena Miller who was born October 13th, 1833, and died April 22nd, 1872. On April 13th, 1873, he was again married to Magdalena Bechtel who was born October 21st, 1851. In 1882 they left the old "Schiedel Farm" and moved to Shantz Station where they resided until 1886 when they moved to Breslau where they still reside. His family consisted of thirteen children,(the eldest six were of first wife viz:"
