Notes  Jacob Stauffer, "was born January 17th, 1813. On March 25th, 1834, he was married to Elizabeth Mosser who was born January 29th, 1816. They resided in Blenheim Township, near Plattsville, where he died November 27th, 1879. Mrs. Stauffer is still living and has her home with her daughter, Nancy. Their family consisted of thirteen children, viz:"
