Anna Brubacher, "was born September 19th, 1832. On December 6th, 1853, she was married to Jacob Y. Shantz. They resided on the old 'Shantz Farm' about a mile south-east of Berlin. She died at Pottstown, Pennsylvania, October 1st, 1870,(Mr. and Mrs. Shantz went to Pennsylvania on a visit and while there she contracted typhoid fever and died. Her body was brought home and interred in the Eby Burial Ground, a little east of Berlin) leaving a family of seven children, namely:.....See Jacob Y. Shantz's family." |
