Notes  David Cressman, "was born June 14th, 1843. On October 4th, 1864, he was married to Mary Martin who was born December 10th, 1842, and died January 25th, 1876. After her decease he was married to Lydia Martin, (she is a first cousin of his deceased wife) February 13th, 1877. She was born May 11th, 1850. They reside near Elmira, Ontario, where he is engaged in farming. On October 4th, 1872, he was ordained deacon of the Mennonite body. His family consists of eight children of whom four were of the first wife and four of the second, viz:"
