Notes  Jonathan S. Snyder, "was born February 28th, 1855. On May 14th, 1878, he was married to Susannah, daughter of Samuel and Anna (Snider) Snider. She was born October 11th, 1857. Soon after his married he moved home on his father's farm where he still resides and is now engaged in farming on an extensive scale. Some years ago he purchased Mr. George Schneider's farm, adjoining that of the old homestead on which he resides. His family consisted of three children..."
