Notes  George W. Eby, "eldest son of John Eby, was born August 7th, 1828. He resides in Locke, Indiana, where he is engaged in the mercantile life. He was married to Lydia Weber who died some years ago. In 1888 he was again married, but to whom we did not learn. He has but one child named Lydia."
