Notes  Jacob Eby, "the second son of David Eby, was born October 18th, 1815. On April 7th, 1840, he was married to Maria Bingeman who was born June 9th, 1820. Some time after their marriage they moved to St. Joseph County, Indiana, where they are still residing. Their family consisted of eight children, viz:"
