Notes  David Strome, "son of Jacob Strohm, was born in Lancaster County, Pennyslvania, June 14th, 1780, and came to Canada in 1810 and settled near Hespeler where he died April 21st 1816. He was married to Eva Bliehm who died April 6th, 1829. They had several children but names were not received at time of going to press. None of his descendants are residents of this county."
