Notes  Abraham Devitt, "was born December 1st, 1841, and died May 5th, 1893. He was married to Mary Mann with whom he had three children, Clarence, Veria, and Harold. He was a graduate of Toronto University and was engaged as principal in our high schools for quite a number of years. He was book-keeper for The Shantz Button Manufacturing Company of Buffalo, New York, where he took sick and, after a few months illness, died with his brother, Benjamin, in the town of Waterloo."
