Notes  Peter Christner, "the second son of John Christner, was born in Alsace, October 12th, 1817. In 1847 he was married to Catharine Nahrang. They reside on south side of Huron Road, Wilmot Township, about three miles south-west of New Hamburg, where they own a beautiful farm. they had a family of ten children."
