Notes  Mary Biehn, " was born April 24th, 1800, being the first white child born in Waterloo County. In September, 1819, she was married to John Philip Saltzberger who was born June 21st, 1780, and died December 29th, 1860. She died September 29th, 1888. To them were born six children, namely: V Abraham, V Elizabeth, V Jacob, V Samuel, V Christian, and V Aaron. See John Philip Saltzberger's family."
