Notes  Isaac Master, "was born January 23rd, 1787, and died in Waterloo County, Ontario, June 21st, 1853. On May 11th, 1809, he was married to Mary, daughter of Abraham Clemens. She died May 26th, 1870. Mr. Master was the only member of the family who settled in Canada. He with his wife and family of four children moved to this county in 1819 and settled, September 19th, on lot No. 1, 1st Concession, lower block, Waterloo Township, about halfway between Preston and Galt. Here they raised a large family, viz:"
