Notes  Henry E. Wismer, "was born near Bridgeport, Ontario, February 18th, 1851. On December 31st, 1871, he was married to Mary Ann, daughter of Hiram and Esther (Erb) Martin. She was born in Elmira, Ontario, February 7th, 1853. In September, 1877, they moved to Marion County, Kansas, where he died August 8th, 1887. On February 28th, 1893, she was married to John Schwindeman who was born in Switzerland, March 21st, 1852, and came to Canada, Kansas, June 15th, 1883."
