Notes  Moses E. Wismer, "was born April 9th, 1846. On February 16th, 1868, he was married to Magdalena, daughter of Jacob and Magdalena (Snyder) Snider. She was born near Bloomingdale December 6th, 1847. After their marriage they moved on the old 'Wismer Farm' three miles south-east of Berlin where they resided for nineteen years, thence they moved to Doon where he went into partnership with T. & A. B. Snyder. From here he moved on a farm near Preston where he at present resides. His family consists of nine children, viz:"
