Notes  Samuel Tohman, "was born March 28th, 1833. On October 6th, 1857, he was married to Lydia Hunsberger. He resides on his father's old homestead near New Dundee. They had a family of two daughters, Elizabeth and Lydia, when she died. After her decease of his wife he was married to Elizabeth Hunsberger, a cousin to his first wife. The second marriage took place May 14th, 1862. With his second wife he has fourteen children, namely:..."
