Notes  Anna E. Bowman, "was born January 31st, 1845. She was married to Jacob, son of Conrad and Margaret (Schleckmann) Filsinger, December 9th, 1873. He was born September 16th, 1849. They resided in Carrick Township, Bruce County, near Mildmay, until January 1878, when they moved to St. Jacobs where they have since resided. At present they reside on her father's old homestead. They have had a family of seven children, viz:"
