Notes  Esther Baumann, "the eldest daughter of Henry and Maria (Mosser) Baumann, and sister to Levi Baumann, was born April 17th, 1817. On April 14th, 1835, she was married to Jacob G., son of David and Maria (Guth) Martin. He was born March 22nd, 1811, and died April 10th, 1889. They resided on lot No. 64, German Company's Tract, Waterloo, about a mile north of the Lexington School House. The farm is now possessed by their son, Joseph B. Martin. They had a family of thirteen children, namely:...See Jacob G. Martin's family."
