Notes  Reuben S. Bowman, "was born near Berlin, August 3rd, 1852. He is a contractor and builder, and has so far proved himself to be a man of more than ordinary business talent. He is considered one of the most successful contractors of the town of Berlin. On December 30th, 1879, he married Louisa, daughter of Jacob and Elizabeth (Hollinger) Geiger. She was born in Berlin.
