Notes  Moses Gingerich, "the youngest son of John and Anna (Hackman) Gingerich, was born February 17th, 1825. He was first married to Susannah, daughter of David and Mary (Martin) Martin. She was born October 18th, 1825, and died June 9th, 1863. The first marriage took place December 19th, 1848. After the decease of his first wife he was married to Susannah B., daughter of John S. and Elizabeth (Burkhard) Brubacher. She was born May 4th, 1837, and they were married on December 6th, 1864. They reside on lot No. 108, German Company's Tract, Woolwich Township, about two miles south of Elmira. The family consisted of ten children, seven of first marriage and three of second marriage."
