Notes  Menno Gingerich, "son of John and Anna (Burkhard) Gingerich, was born December 16th, 1843. On February 12th, 1867, he was married to Rebecca, daughter of John and Anna (Weber) Martin. She was born February 13th, 1847. They reside on the old "Peter Martin Farm" about three miles north of town of Waterloo. They have a family of five children, viz:"
