Notes  Henry Shoemaker, "was born August 21st, 1841, and died in Conestogo where he resided, November 24th, 1877. He was a good scholar and an expert in mathematics. The trade of his choice was waggon building which he carried on until his death which was caused by typhoid fever. On October 28th, 1864, he was married to Catharine Weber who was born December 15th, 1846. She is still living and resides on corner of Ahrens and Frederick Streets, Berlin. Their family consisted of nine children, viz:"
