Notes  Abraham Erb, "third son of Jacob and Salome (Graybill) Erb, was born at Berlin, Ontario, March 6th, 1815. On November 10th, 1835, he was married to Willey, daughter of George and Esther (Stauffer) Clemens. She was born near Preston, Ontario, October 17th, 1817, and died in Bosanquet Township, Lambton County, Ontario, January 8th, 1881. He is still living and enjoying good health, and resides in Thedford, Ontario, where he is a member in good standing of the Methodist Church. He is a class leader and has in the past acted as Sunday School superintendent, local preacher, and filled various important positions in the church. To them was born a family of eleven children, viz:"
