Notes  John Schiedel, "was born February 9th, 1832. He was married to Hannah Miller who was born November 22nd, 1831. They resided near Kossuth, Ontario, where they possess a beautiful farm. Some time ago they retired from farming and made their home with their daughter, Catharine. Some twenty years ago he was ordained a deacon of the Mennonite Church for the Cressman and Wanner fields of labor. To them were born five children, viz:"
