Notes  Henry Schlichter, "was born in Franklin County, Pennsylvania, in 1789. He was married to Barbara Wismer and came to Canada with his parents. They settled near Preston where he died of cholera, August 11th, 1834, and she died August 10th, 1834, of the same dreaded disease, aged 42 years. To them were born three children, viz:"
