Notes  Jacob Honsberger, "was born March 6th, 1831. He resided near Port Huron, Michigan, for some years. During the civil war of the United States he moved farther west and then joined the army. Nothing heard of him since. It is supposed that he died while in the army. He was married and left a family of several sons and daughters."
