Notes  Christian Miller, "son of John and Hester (Steiner) Miller, was born in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, February 6th, 1791, and in 1809 he came to Canada and settled a little above Preston. He was married to Hester Wanner who was born June 9th 1796, and died June 13th 1864. To them was born a family of ten children, viz:"
