Description	A handwritten transcript of the Will of Elizabeth Eby, deceased, widow of the late Benjamin E. Eby. The will is dated July 15, 1882. It was registered in the surrogate court of the County of Waterloo on the 22nd day of March A.D. 1889 in Book F Folio 197 No. 2152. The will mentions her son, Amos, and her daughters Leah and Mary, and the children of her deceased daughter Sarah. Samuel B. Bowman is named her Executor. Elizabeth signed the will with a mark rather than a signature. It was witnessed by Isaac L. Bowman and Eliza W. Bowman.
