I, Jacob Shantz of the Town of Berlin in the County of Waterloo and Province of Canada, Yeoman, being of good health, sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and decalre this to be my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making null and void all former last Wills and Testaments by me heretofore made." The bulk of his property is willed to his wife, Mary Yost. Also mentioned by name are sons Jacob Y. Shantz, Isaac Y. Shantz, and John Y. Shantz.
