Description
Circulars advertising the Freeport Academy, Freeport, Waterloo County, Ontario, and the courses of study offered, e.g., algebra, geometry, history, book-keeping and natural philosophy. The 1870 circular lists the Board of Directors and Officers. The 1871 circular advertises a Boarding Hall where students could take a room. The two later circulars show that the school expanded its list of courses offered. Isaac L. Bowman was a founder of the Freeport Academy and a teacher and Principal from 1867 to 1872.
