Early: 1880 - Late: 1900
It is a Morris-style reclining easy chair in oak, factory made, with Queen Anne Style detailing. The upholstery and cushions are not original. The curved arms are supported by simple spindles. The angle of the back appears to be controlled by a brass rod that has three or four different settings. A fringed man's shawl is displayed over the back of the chair in this photograph.
