Description	An account book with front cover lettering: RECORD. This appears to be a listing of household accounts, possibly for a rental property (a boarding house?) owned by P.E. Shantz and managed by Mrs. Ephraim J. Erb. The book details rental income and household expenses (phone bill, insurance, groceries etc.). Various inserts: grocery bills, a milk delivery bill. (See Associations for various Preston business names.) Glued to p. 99 is a copy of yearly expense summaries (1914 to 1917) titled: INVESTMENT WELLINGTON ST. HOUSE.
