Deed 6755 dated June 13, 1884 between John S. Brubacher, Woolwich Township, yeoman (a widower) and Elias W.B. Snider, Woolwich Township, merchant miller. E.W.B. Snider purchased 12 acres, part of Lot 40 German Company Tract, Woolwich. This deed refers to a dam on the Conestogo River. The deed was registered in the Registry Office for the County of Waterloo, in Book F16 for the Township of Woolwich on the 31st day of July 1884 Number 6755.
