This deed refers to an Indenture dated December 31, 1870 (Deed 3557). The document is signed "William Snider" and "Lydia Ann Snider." It was witnessed by Frederick Trapp, Waterloo, Miller. The deed was registered in the Registry Office of the County of Waterloo in Book F11 for the Township of Woolwich, 28th of August 1875. Number 4690.
