Description	Deed Book A Folio 914 Memorial No. 779, an Indenture of Bargain and Sale dated March 24, 1834 between John Eby, Woolwich Township, Halton County, District of Gore, Province of Upper Canada, Yeoman; his wife, Feronica; and, David Eby, Waterloo Township, County, District and Province aforesaid, Yeoman. The sum of £100 was paid for a parcel of land in Waterloo Township, "the southern part of Lot 32 in Dutch Company's Land." The document was witnessed by Daniel Snyder and Joseph Snyder. The document was printed on heavy waxed paper with handwritten entries in black ink.
