The sum of $55 was paid for a small tract of land lying and being situate in Block 2 aforesaid in a Tract Company Land purchased by Daniel Erb and Jacob Erb of Richard Beasly, Lot 32. The document was witnessed by Peter Hamaker and Benjamin Eby.
