Description
A large cabbage or slaw cutter made of light-coloured unfinished wood which is darker in some places from use. It consists of a long board triangular shaped at the top and cut off straight at the bottom. A hole at the top of the board enables it to be carried. There is a slot in the middle of the boardwith a single ribbed blade attached by screws and two wooden slats, each 24 cm long and sloping at the ends. The lower third of the board is decorated with an eight-pointed star carved in relief.
