Schneider of the Town of Berlin, in the County of Waterloo, and Province of Canada, Yeoman, of the first part./ Sally Schneider, his wife of the second part, and/ Valentine Gildner, of the Town of Berlin, in the said County. Blacksmith of the third part/ Witnesseth that in consideration of one hundred and thirty dollars ....... paid by the third part to the said party of the first part............ he the said party of the first part Doth Grant unto the said party of the third part his heirs and assigns for ever/ All and Singular those certain parcels or tracts of land and premises situate lying and being in the Town of Berlin in the County of Waterloo and Province, aforesaid, being composed of Town Lots numbers ninety, ninety one, ninety two, ninety three, ninety four, ninety five and ninety six, North side of Railway in Berlin aforesaid.......................".
