Description	Photocopy of a handwritten Agreement between Executors of the Late Joseph Schneider dated November 27, 1843. The text of the Agreement reads: Know all men by these presents that we the heirs of the Late, Joseph Schneider deceased, of the Township of Waterloo County of Waterloo District of Wellington Canada West, have this day agreed with the Executors of the said Joseph Schneider, to sell a certain tract or piece of land to Joseph E. Schneider at Private Sale, and also to give to the said Joseph E. Schneider the twenty four hour clock and leave to pay for his father’s funeral expense in full, and also to give up two certain Notes of hand without any Interest on the same, one against Joseph Shantz and one against Christoph Nahrgang, to this above we do all agree, and ? the same with our own hands and seals this twenty-seventh day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand and eight hundred and forty three AD 1843.
