Description	Plan of Subdivision of part of Lot 17 of the German Company Tract of the Township of Waterloo now in the Town of Berlin, Co. of Waterloo. It was signed by Samuel B. Schneider and dated July 3rd 1889. It was also signed by Isaac L. Bowman P.L.S. [Provincial Land Surveyor] on the same date. Louis J. Breithaupt also signed as the Mayor and representative of the Corporation of the Town of Berlin. The plan was handdrawn on linen in black ink with colour added to some sections. Names marked on specific properties are David B. Schneider, Amos Shantz, John troxel, John Stouffer, George Bramm, Tobias Shantz, John Ferrier and John Fiddler.
