Description	A photocopy of a copy of Probate of Will & Codicil of Joseph E. Schneider, deceased, dated March 25, 1880. The Will and Codicil are dated March 7, 1877. The Executors are sons-in-law David B. Bricker (1280) and John Troxel. His son, Samuel B., is referred to in the Will in reference to the Deed of Conveyance transferring Joseph E.’s property to him. The witnesses are George Detwiler and Isaac L. Bowman (244). The Codicil refers to a mortgage between Joseph E., his daughter, Lydia (Schneider) Ferrier, and her husband, John Lyons Ferrier.
